Bio

Beginning counselling is a meaningful step toward care, healing, and self-understanding. Whether you are navigating identity, relationships, burnout, anxiety, or life transitions, seeking support reflects courage and a desire for growth.

I offer virtual and in-person trauma-informed counselling to individuals, couples, and families in Vancouver, on the unceded lands of the sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), and səlil̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) nations.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and culturally  responsive, with deep respect for each client’s lived experience and the systems shaping their lives.

My background as an educator and my work alongside neurodivergent adolescents and adults  deeply inform my practice. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to  accessibility, curiosity, and meeting clients exactly where they are. I often work with clients navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship concerns, burnout, and the impacts of  trauma and systemic inequity. Our work focuses on slowing down, building emotional safety, and reconnecting with parts of yourself in ways that feel grounded and meaningful. My practice is primarily informed by Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP),  with integration of CBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to support both emotional depth  and practical change.

I am a Black, cisgender woman with adoptee, disabled (hidden disability), and neurodivergent identities. Born in Haiti and raised in Vancouver through adoption, my lived experience informs how I understand belonging, attachment, resilience, and care.
