Our team is made up of licensed, pre-licensed, and student counsellors who focus on providing anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and sex-positive services.

We ground ourselves in intersectional feminist and social justice principles. These values support the way we show up for our clients and for each other as a practice.

We offer in-person and online counselling and consultation services to individuals, all relationship structures, groups, support workers, and student counsellors.

 Services

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is a time and space just for you. In a one-on-one session, you are invited to explore aspects of your identity, experience, and relationships with the support of your counsellor. This can be useful if you are interested in processing trauma, oppression, and harm. It can also help you explore ways to better connect with yourself and your communities.

Relationship Counselling

Relationship counselling offers you a space to explore your relationship(s). This space is often shared with your partner(s) or family member(s). Relationship counselling can be useful if you are interested in understanding what connects you to one another and what may be getting in the way. It can help you improve your communication skills, intimacy, and ability to navigate changes in and outside of the relationship.

Consultation & Clinical Supervision

Our Supervisors offer supervision and consultation services to students, counsellors, and organizations. Consultation and clinical supervision can be a space for individuals and teams to explore their individual and collective ethics in relation to their work while fostering professional sustainability. This can be useful in exploring the intersections of trauma-informed practice, social justice, and support work/counselling.

Facilitation & Workshops

We provide workshops and facilitation services. Topics include anti-oppression, sexualized violence and interpersonal violence, trauma-informed practices, feminist support skills, and more. These workshops centre on the experiences of BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ folks and are often delivered in collaboration with others in the community offering similar services.

Hormone Readiness Assessment

A hormone readiness assessment is an evaluation conducted by a healthcare professional, including counsellors, to determine if a client is ready to access gender-affirming medical care. We offer sliding scale options for those who do not have extended benefits and are lower income.
