Hey there! I’m a sex therapist and couples therapist specializing in supporting individuals and couples navigating issues around sexuality, self-identity, intimacy, and trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and anti-oppressive, creating a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore difficult topics without fear of judgment!

I work with clients struggling with concerns such as low sexual desire, painful sex, kink and sexual exploration, anxiety, self-esteem, racialized struggles, navigating non-monogamy, and processing trauma/PTSD. I also support couples through relationship challenges such as communication struggles, conflict resolution, infidelity, and intimacy concerns.

I deeply understand how vulnerable it is to open up in therapy, and that is why I show up with compassion, authenticity, and a sense of humour to create a space where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we’ll explore your challenges while honouring your strengths and building a path toward healing and connection!

Outside of the counselling space I find joy in training Jiu-jitsu, exploring nature, cooking up something ridiculous, vibing to some R&B, and spending time with my friends! My identities play a strong role in how I interact with the world around me - I am queer, non-binary, polyamorous, and of South Asian heritage.
