Bio

Hey there, I'm so glad you're here. I know how vulnerable it can feel to open up in therapy. Sharing the tender, messy, or confusing parts of yourself takes courage, and you deserve to be met with care. My hope is that therapy with me feels like a soft landing; a place where you can feel validated, seen, and supported in making meaningful change. I bring warmth, authenticity, humour, and curiosity into the room, and I do my best to make sure that all parts of you feel welcome.

I’m a registered clinical counsellor and a certified sexologist. I work with folks navigating all kinds of things related to sex, relationships, identity, and trauma.

As a queer, non-binary, South Indian person, my work is grounded in intersectional feminist values, and I take a trauma-informed, sex-positive, and anti-oppressive approach. This is a space where you can talk about the hard stuff without fear of judgment. I often work alongside folks from the LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and sex work communities.

Here are some of the things I often support individuals and couples with:

  • Changes in sexual desire, exploring sexuality, kinks, or fetishes.

  • Painful sex (dyspareunia, vaginismus, endometriosis, etc.), erectile difficulties or trouble reaching orgasm.

  • Sexual shame, out of control or compulsive sexual behaviours, anxiety, emotional regulation, and low self-esteem.

  • Neurodivergent sexual experiences, and sex work affirming care.

  • Explore asexuality and aromanticism.

  • Anxiety, complex trauma, PTSD, or adverse childhood experiences.

  • Changes in sexual experiences from transitions such as pregnancy or postpartum, gender-affirming surgery, or parenthood.

  • Navigating feelings of insecurity in relationships and boundaries.

  • Exploring gender, racial, or sexual identity, coming out, or queer sex.

  • Relationship dynamics including non-monogamy, intimacy challenges, infidelity, communication difficulties, or conflict.

We’ll go at a pace that feels manageable for you. There’s room for the tender parts of you, and we’ll work together toward feeling more confident and less stuck.

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me training Jiu-Jitsu, reading graphic novels, cooking up something a little chaotic, vibing to R&B, or spending time with the people I love.
