By offering a sliding scale fee structure, we are doing our part to acknowledge that financial barriers often prevent individuals from receiving the support they deserve. As we commit to providing services that acknowledge the structural power that causes us harm, using a sliding scale allows us to draw attention to financial barriers while encouraging accountability from clients who are currently in a secure financial situation.

Sam Kaplan (Expressive Wellness) and Luisa Ospina provide practicum student counsellors with clinical supervision via our practicum program. This ensures clients receive ethical support as the student counsellors complete their education. Student counsellors are available to work with individuals, relationships, families, children and teens.

Our student counsellors offer lower-cost in-person and virtual services at sliding scale rates.
