In a world shaped by systems of power and abuse, inequality, and capitalism, it can be incredibly challenging to connect with your authentic self. Trauma, societal pressures, and external expectations can leave you feeling disconnected, invalidated, and powerless. Ramineh understands the weight of these struggles and is here to help you navigate the complex journey of reclaiming your true self amidst these overwhelming forces.

Ramineh offers a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive space, recognizing that your lived experiences, identities, and the systems around you have shaped how you see yourself and the world. She believes that understanding and healing from the trauma or injustice you’ve experienced begins with acknowledging how these forces impact your emotional and mental well-being. By focusing on cultural humility, Ramineh ensures that the healing process is grounded in respect for your unique experiences, identity, and background.

Her work is rooted in a socially-just process of learning and unlearning—supporting you break free from the harmful narratives and societal conditioning that have defined your sense of self. Ramineh supports you in critically examining the ways in which capitalism, patriarchy, and systems of oppression shape your mental health, self-worth, and personal growth.

Ramineh specializes in supporting clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, addiction, narcissistic abuse, bipolar disorder, identity struggles, and childhood trauma. She also recognizes that major life transitions—such as moving to a new place, changing relationships, or shifting career paths—can leave you feeling uncertain or overwhelmed. Ramineh works with you to explore and integrate the parts of yourself that may have been silenced or fragmented by past experiences. Through this process, you can start to reconnect with your inner strength, clarify your values, and move forward.

Through compassionate, client-centered care, Ramineh supports you understand how your past and present are interconnected, empowering you to heal from within. She offers a safe, non-judgmental space where you can uncover your true self, rebuild trust in yourself and others, and confidently navigate the world with clarity and purpose.

She believes that healing is an ongoing journey of self-discovery, one in which you reclaim your power and authenticity, despite the forces that may try to undermine it. Provide services both in English and Farsi.
