I am a queer, poly/non-monogamous, kink-positive, cis-gendered neuro-spicy (AuDHD), disabled, Indigenous/Métis woman living with chronic illness/pain with a passion for exploring non-dominant ways of being.
I have been living, working, learning, and playing in the stolen and unceded ancestral home of the xʷməθkʷəy̓ əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations for the past 10 years.
As a member of the Métis Nation by way of the ‘60s Scoop’ stolen Indigenous children in Canada, raised in a queerphobic remote community in northern Canada, my values are deeply rooted in anti-oppression, radical acceptance, and unconditional positive regard.
I am passionate about supporting folx who feel/have felt chronically misunderstood, silenced, shamed, blamed, and othered.
I enthusiastically welcome folks who identify with or are engaged in sex work, sugar-dating, kink dynamics, relationship anarchists, alternative sexual and relationship styles, queer/non-confirming gender/sexuality, chronically ill/COVID-conscious, and neuro-spicy brains of all ages.
I believe that you are the expert of your own life; through identifying, challenging, and unlearning the internalized, oppressive, and harmful socially constructed scripts and narratives, folx can discover, connect with, and rewrite their stories and authentic identities and gain self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-love.
I aim to recognize and honour your vulnerability, trust, and strength as I walk alongside you on your healing journey through collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. My approach is integrative, flexible, and client-tailored; however, you can expect me to show up as my authentic, quirky self, no matter the therapeutic style.
For those like me who struggle with memory from time-to-time, I am also able to offer AI-generated session notes and summaries (with written consent) using privacy-compliant software—feel free to ask me more about it if you are interested.
