Bio

I’m Patricia (she/her), a cis-gendered, non-disabled, neurodivergent, second-generation immigrant living and working on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, and Squamish Nations.

I believe that healing happens in relationships — with ourselves, our bodies, and our communities. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your lived experience. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover your strengths, and co-create ways of moving toward the life and relationships you want. I hold the belief that every person carries the capacity for resilience and change.

I work from a holistic, biopsychosocial lens that considers how the physical, emotional, and environmental parts of your life interact. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent folks and those navigating chronic pain, disability, depression, or grief. My work also focuses on reducing isolation and creating spaces of belonging for disabled and marginalized communities.

While these are areas where I have the most experience, I work collaboratively with clients facing diverse challenges and life experiences:

  • Families navigating rare disease diagnoses

  • Grief and loss

  • BIPOC and global majority identities

  • ADHD and neurodivergence

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Trauma and intergenerational healing

  • Family systems and relational dynamics
