I work alongside folks who are navigating life transitions, relationships, and trauma. Maybe you feel stuck in a pattern that you can’t seem to change, or in a mood that seems to hang over your life. I want to collaborate to discover the compassionate part of you that can lead you towards the change you are seeking. In our work, I will stand by you as you embark on this transformative voyage, giving space and support for you to name the pace of our work.

I believe that each of us hold answers, unique insights and wisdom within our bodies that guide our healing journey. I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship, recognizing it as the foundation for creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your inner wisdom and move toward well-being. Our work will largely look like a conversation and I include somatic, Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed approaches. Drawing from my own personal experiences with mental health and working with people facing adversity, I bring profound empathy, a non-judgmental and anti-oppressive attitude, and a deep understanding to my practice.

At heart, I am a deeply feeling, creative, nature-lover who is happiest cooking a feast for the people I love.

I am a queer settler located on the unceded traditional and ancestral homelands of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Peoples.
