I work with individuals navigating life transitions, self-esteem, burn-out, neurodivergence, PMS/PMDD, hormonal health challenges, and relational trauma, through an LGBTQ2S+ affirming lens. If you feel stuck in patterns that seem unchangeable, weighed down by persistent moods, or disconnected from your emotions, we’ll explore and nurture the compassionate part of you that can guide meaningful change. I’ll stand by you on this transformative journey, holding space for the heavy things and inviting levity along the way, honouring your pace and creating space for growth, healing, deeper self-understanding, and lasting transformation.
I believe that each of us hold answers, unique insights and wisdom within our bodies that guide our healing journey. I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship, recognizing it as the foundation for creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your inner wisdom and move toward well-being. Our work will largely look like a conversation and I include somatic, Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed approaches. Drawing from my own personal experiences with mental health and working with people facing adversity, I bring profound empathy, a non-judgmental and anti-oppressive attitude, and a deep understanding to my practice.
At heart, I am a deeply feeling, creative, nature-lover who is happiest cooking a feast for the people I love.
