Angel (she/them) is a queer, biracial, neurodivergent settler living on unceded land. Her practice is rooted in harm reduction, anti-oppression, and trauma-informed frameworks. They are passionate about supporting people's healing journeys and enjoy strengthening connections to oneself through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens and somatic (body) recognition and engagement.
