Rabab is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who is a cisgender, able-bodied, and heterosexual associate counsellor. As a second-generation Lebanese Canadian immigrant, she lives and practices on the stolen, ancestral, and unceded lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), and Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish) peoples.

Embarking on a therapeutic journey with Rabab is a process of self-discovery, healing, and growth. In a supportive and empathetic space, she collaborates with clients to explore their challenges, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies and tools. Together, they address concerns such as anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and low self-esteem. By tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, Rabab aims to facilitate meaningful change, fostering empowerment and healing. Recognizing that every path is unique, she is dedicated to supporting clients every step of the way.

Having lived experiences with depression, trauma, anxiety, and stress stemming from social, cultural, and personal pressures, Rabab understands the complexities of navigating mental health challenges and identity crises. She empathizes deeply and is drawn to supporting those who face similar struggles.
